A new flavor to the DC restaurant scene, is Moi Moi (@moimoi_dc), the brainchild of Chef Howsoon Cham (@howsoonc), which centers on West African cuisine blended with Down South classics. The hybrid is deliciously evident in dishes like the Kinkeleba Tea Braised Short Rib with Shells N’ Cheese and the Bourbon Pecan Pie.
